Refund and Exchange Policy

 

We truly care about making you happy with what you get from us! Since we’re still a small startup finding our feet, we don’t offer refunds or returns just yet. But don’t worry, we do offer exchanges under certain conditions-

 

Exchange Eligibility

•⁠  ⁠Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

•⁠  ⁠To request an exchange, please email us at wearcurrently@gmail.com with your order ID, reason for exchange, and the desired size.

•⁠  ⁠The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.

•⁠  ⁠Please include clear photos of the item and packaging to support your exchange request.
 

Exchange Process

•⁠  ⁠Once your exchange request is received and validated, we will coordinate the exchange shipment.

•⁠  ⁠You are responsible for sending the original item back to us in its original packaging.

•⁠  ⁠We will dispatch the replacement as soon as we receive and inspect the returned item.

 

Other Important Points

•⁠  ⁠Custom or personalized items are non-exchangeable.

•⁠  ⁠Sale or discounted products are final and not eligible for exchange.

•⁠  ⁠Any cancellation or non-delivery issues due to incorrect customer address or contact details may result in delays or no refund; in such cases, we may opt to resend the package or issue store credit.

•⁠  ⁠The customer bears return shipping costs for exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
